A gentleman so gallant and do fiercely determined to stamp out crime. Such unadulterated evil should not have taken your young life of prosperity, health and happiness when it did and yet I'm sure your family knows this was the trail you so desired since you were a young boy. For some officers police work is their social life. They dedicate themselves to those they serve. At least, Officer Cook, you had passions outside of your daily duties,taking pictures of nature and hunting. I know you wanted to join the crime scene as a photographer because of the dangers on the streets of Dade County. I'm sorry just as your family and colleagues that you never got the chance. You had the charisma, charm and trust of the entire unit and with your unassuming dignity, integrity and honor would have made an excellent addition to the unit.
