Ability, capability, availability all share their roles with sanctity, versatility and virtue being wound around esteem and honesty. Your unselfish dignity, integrity and high quality character, Officer Cook, made that distinct and noble difference here in Dade County where you called home for twenty-five all too short years. Never a day without remembering the heart, soul and spirit of both a deserving and fiercely dedicated warrior fighting for our very humble and now blessed serenity and safety. You gave the ultimate price for renewal and salutes to flow like the blood in your body. The world and your humbly blessed family lost a most valuable a quality family member.
