Dade County was delivered peace and security by means of your heroic and unselfish honor, integrity and most humbly blessed dignified character. Today, your department and beloved family misses you dearly. A son and brother, a husband so wonderful, yet humanely loyal, esteemed and very a gentleman of principles, values and morals. Now as one of Our Master's many heroic angels whose wings are fitted perfectly for your eternal tasks may you be watched over so that your spirit my neighbor, friend and hero can rest in peace. Truth, trust, dedication and faithful resourcefulness followed each trail, every path and every turn of your steering wheel accentuated by perseverance, pride, proficiency and professionalism of the highest degree.
