Rest in Peace sister O. Your time here is done, and you have done well.
Odin has called you Einherjar to Valhalla. A magnificent hall where
Einherjar go after their death in battle. You will feast and fight alongside
Odin against the forces of chaos in preparation of Ragnarok. The end of the
world.
Thank you for your 5 years of service to your community, your state and your
country.
You are gone, but will never be forgotten in spirit.
Blessings to your family, friends, co-workers and the rest of the public safety
family.
We are in this together, as some have forgotten that freedom is not free.

I didn’t know Suzanne from her time on the job in Maui, but I did have the honor of being her IPTM instructor for crash training. Suzanne was an exceptional individual with a huge heart and it was my distinct pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet and know her despite the short time of our encounter.
Suzanne, may God hold you in His welcoming hands and may His grace be yours for all eternity. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
My heart goes out to all the brothers and sisters of Maui PD and may God be ever present in your lives to help you find peace in a tragedy that we will never understand.
