Rest in Peace Lt. Stout,
Lt. Stout was a familiar face in the community. I grew up in the City of Robstown and remember seeing Lt. Stout around town over the years. He wore the badge proud.
Lt. Stout was the interim Chief of Police when I was hired, he’s the one who gave me my start in law enforcement. I'm grateful to have shared the badge with him. He was the epitome of a leader. He took a chance on me, and I’ll always be thankful for that.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing or working with him. Thank you, Lieutenant, for the opportunity and for everything you stood for. You’ll be missed!
