Reflections for Police Officer Lawrence Rand

Larry was one of a kind. I had the privilege of serving with him and supervising him but more importantly, we were friends. Larry had a great sense of humor, with a laugh to match. He was a wonderful person and is greatly missed by anyone whose life he touched. RIP brother!!!

Larry was my classmate in the Port Authority Police department! He was an FDNY EMT previous ! Always duty bound in the worst case scenarios! Larry did his job to the MAX being beneficial in all situations . He saved many lives and he had an uncanny ability thru his personality to comfort those in need. RIP
