Reflections for Police Officer Bryan Robert Brown

Bryan,

You were my FTO, my colleague, my friend. I took everything you taught me to heart, most of all I learned how to talk to the people. You were loved by everyone, including the people you served.

You had a way of smiling and lighting up a room. You always made everyone feel welcome and important. Everyone knew your plans for retirement and we were ready to celebrate with you. Somehow I just know you're sitting by a lake somewhere living the dream watching the Seahawks play.

I can't change what happened, Lord knows I would if I could, but I'm honored I was able to be by your side at the very end. You dedicated your life to serve others, a lesson I will cherish and practice forever. I'll never forget the stories you told me and the times we shared... all the bad convenient store coffee and football rivalries. I'm buying myself a Seahawks hat, not because I'm a fan, but I know how much joy it would have brought you to see me wearing it instead of my 49ers hat.

Till we meet again, I love you buddy. Just know we all loved you, we just didn't know how much. Rest in peace my friend.

Tohono Oodham Police

My prayers are with all the family and brother officers! It seems that in our World today, that anyone wearing a badge is a target, and that is very disturbing!
My son, killed in the line of duty, September 29, 2018, while ONLY trying to find and get help to a felony paroled man that had been shot by someone else, ambushed him and his partner killing both of them! Almost 2 years now, and the murderer still has not come to trial and we have no idea as to when, or if, he will stand trial and be convicted!
My prayers are with you all!
