Hey Scotty!
Every year on this tragic date Mel and I make sure to say your name aloud. You are not forgotten my friend, and thought of often!
I was at work that night, and watched as the teletype came in. Alone in the office, I read the message in disbelief and shock, not knowing what to do but cry.
So many good times and fun memories! But what I think of most is your love for your son! I hope he feels you and knows what a great father you are! Prayers for you and your family my old friend!
Till Valhalla Scott Morgan Armstrong! Love you brother!

Thinking of you today on your Angel Day. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years. It still seems like yesterday in some ways and then it seems like forever. I know I don’t post on here a lot, but you’re always thought of. I sure miss you. I hope you and Jay are holding down the fort for me and drinking beers together until I join you two. I know it will be beautiful sight seeing you two. Watch over your mom, dad and April they need it now more than ever.

This was a tragic loss and what made this one so hard was it was at the hands of a fellow police officer who chose to drive drunk

Hey Scott, just wanted to let you know that you are not forgotten. I think of you often and miss your quirky smile. A buddy of mine just passed away last week. He was a USAF veteran and worked for a local PD for several years. Maybe you two can meet up and have a beer. Miss you bro. Merry Christmas Scott!

Scott,
Please forgive for not writing you. Even though I haven’t, please know I haven’t forgotten about you and I think of you always. You have been really heavy on my mind this last week. It really sucks now since not are you gone, but now I have lost Jay too. I really hope you were there to greet him. I hope you guys can have a few beers together. I only wish I were there with you guys. I have really been reminiscing the last few days. It makes me sad and happy at the same time. If only I could go back in time. Until we meet again. You and Jay better be there to greet me when it’s my time.

Scott,
I haven't been on here in awhile, but don't think I have forgotten you. I can't believe another year has passed. Where has the time gone? I know you're watching from above, please continue to be the guardian angel we all need right now. Please send your family a sign and let them know you are still right there with them. You will always be remembered for the special man that you became!
