My name is Christopher James Joe. James Allen Joe was my uncle. He is my dad's brother, Cornelius Joe. I am 20 years old and will be 21 October 26. I was 4 years old when he past. Officer Joe...I was only 9 years old when you left this world to go to a better place. I wish you did not have to go so soon. I never knew you but my friend and mentor worked with you. i just wanted you to know that you are missed and will be never forgotten. You are not just another name carved on the DPD memorial. You are a living memory who has helped shaped this city into what it is now and I thank-you for it. Your memory and work lives on and will keep on living forever.
