The quicker the response, the better the resolution. Calamity strikes with such sudden callousness sometimes it too late for even the best prepared of law enforcement professionals. You arrived at that awful scene, Officer Cook, in Liberty City in Dade County, heard a shot being fired that hit Officer DiGenova and quickly responded by firing back and hitting Mr. Pearsall, the man who took your life and also shot and nearly killed Officer Edgerton as well as his girlfriend and I believe another person. You were a brave and honorable young hero. To show poise and dignity, where integrity and character were summoned to enhance humanity, mankind won't forget your intuition, wisdom and uncanny ingenuity.
