What sets our heroes and heroines apart from the rest is that they are willing to do whatever chore is needed for peace and tranquility to rest under one blanket. You bonded Dade County residents, Officer Cook, with stellar character, commitment and conviction. Colleagues knew the true humane persona of a personable and easy going gentleman.
