Reserve Officer Scott Lincoln, your very last partner, Officer Cook, must have had many moments where if things were different he might have done something to save your life. I'm sure he relives that day in his head, tragic that nothing can take back a bullet once it's fired from its chamber. Dade County was where you laid down your life making the ultimate sacrifice of honor, duty and dignity. After all integrity and character are more than a couple, they are saviors and blessings to be humbly utilized as they were bestowed within your cherished heart and soul of virtue. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. You instructed him not to take out his weapon from its holster. Second guessing is nothing new for society it's done every second of our waking lives. You can sleep soundly cradled and protected by Our Creator's saving grace, kindness and perfection as He steers His flock of angels across His plains above.
