Reflections for Police Officer William Coleman Cook

Thankfully we have websites to express and to vent our frustrations. Sometimes the legal system works, other times it is a complete sham and to expose good women and men who gave their lives to these perversions is simply shameful and very distasteful. You gave your career and life, Officer Cook, to expose evil and to reign in morally wrong people. Dade County won't forget your vigil over them nor your cunning diligence on their behalf. What made you a great man and an even more serene and heroic human being is your character, valor, integrity and honesty from your lips. When trouble was brewing, Officer Cook, you began perculating looking for answers and solutions to these dilemmas. You never ran away from peril, you faced it with awareness and the convictions of vision, maturity and wisdom beyond your age. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. The light is on and God's mercy will never abate.

Those flags will be placed at your grave very soon, Officer Cook, to honor your sacrifice, your boldness and most of all your humane bravery. No man or woman so courageous shall be overlooked. Especially, when Dade County was served by your esteemed presence and passion to save lives from this kayotic wickedness. Having the scruples of serenity and humility made your wisdom, dignity and integrity that much more effective. You were a humble man who delved in his tasks with zeal and energy from your heart. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. Endearing and exploring, you displayed fine manners and its made your roles more crucial. Violence must be taken once and for all off the streets. You were a vibrant man who was revered and cherished. Your life should have been allowed to carry on. It's your family members and peers who tackle this lagre burden and do so with happiness in knowing your sacrifice made a dent in how we lead our lives.

The daily grind goes around. Gallantry and the good graces that wisdom, honesty and dignity lay our are there for all seasoned professionals to partake of. Callousness and atrocity beckons for our immediate attention. Police come and convene as one when a brother or sister is injured or heaven forbid worse. They all came to help you, Officer Cook, they raced from roll call to help. Dade County won't forget your reverence and resolve. Only those brave and loyal servants dig deep to reach out for peace and prosperity. Our humanity is made much better although less safer because of your absence, Officer Cook. The puzzle is missing those essential pieces of character, wisdom and honesty all your mannerisms when you patrolled on your destinies of desire and determination.
