Today we honor an officer Marc Brock who served with courage, integrity, and a commitment to protecting others. Their work was often difficult and rarely seen, yet they showed up each day with strength and purpose. We remember not just their service, but the person they were—steadfast, compassionate, and devoted to their team and community.

Their loss leaves a void that cannot be filled, but their legacy lives on in the lives they touched and the example they set. May we carry forward their memory with gratitude and pride. Their watch has ended, but they will never be forgotten.

Officer Brock, a police officer should be remembered not by how he died but by how he lived! A brave man has left to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you for your military and 25 years of commitment to law enforcement, your family, and the Vivian Police Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace, Brother!
