Officer Sorensen, I appreciate the service you rendered in my behalf. You stored my belongings in your barn until I could get out of homelessness. It's 25 years later and I have never forgotten your kindness.
I appreciate Lynette, Landon and Lacy' courage in this difficult time.
Till we meet again.

Rest in Peace brother Sorenson. Your time here is done, and you have done well.
You have been called to Valhalla. A magnificent hall where Einherjar go after their
death in battle. You will feast and fight alongside Odin against the forces of chaos
in preparation for Ragnarok. The end of the world.
Thank you for your 17 years of service to your community, your state and your
country.
You are gone, but will never be forgotten in spirit.
Blessings to your family, your friends, co-workers and the rest of the public safety
family.
We are in this together, for some have forgotten that freedom is not free.
The blood of hero's never dies. "Dave Bray"

I could always turn to lee for guidance. I’ve worked with him, save Terry, longer than any of my fellow officers. I can’t count the number of times we were door-to-door together BSing about everything and anything. As a Sgt, Lee was one of my officers, “Lee gets more citizen compliments than any other officer”, Chief Dustin Cordova. He wasn’t the easiest to manage, but I saw that as one of his strengths. Lee had an adversarial teaching style. He’d press you even if he knew you were right. So many times we’d be arguing back and forth on laws, cases, precedence or policies. He was making me stronger. I knew it, he knew it, and anyone he did it to was better for it.
I miss you.
