Rip. One of the most devastating losses is when an officer is killed by one of their own while on duty or training. Professional training is everything. Annual training certification and in service is paramount. Shift commanders of Lt. and above must brief officers before going in the field.Team members must be known to each other.Too many are lost this way.,stereotyping in law enforcement jobs has no place.
