Reflections for Police Officer Jeremy Boykins
Heavenly Father, You are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Our Brother-in-Blue, Police Officer Jeremy Boykins, of the West Palm Beach FL Police Department, was eventually taken from us; Died after suffering a Heart Attack in the Line-of-Duty. Come swiftly to his aid, have mercy on him, and comfort his family, friends, and colleagues by the power and protection of the cross. I ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, and by His authority. Amen.
God's Mission for America's Peace Officers:
"For the policeman does not frighten people who are doing right; but those doing evil will always fear him. So if you don't want to be afraid, keep the laws and you will get along well. The policeman is sent by God to help you. But if you are doing something wrong, of course you should be afraid, for he will have you punished. He is sent by God for that very purpose." (Romans 13: 3-4 TLB)

God in his infinite wisdom knew that you had completed your earthly assignment. Though our grief is heavy, we continue to believe that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I miss laughing and joking with you, but most importantly I miss our Sunday prayer sessions. Continue to watch over us and intercede on our behalf. I love and miss you my boy.
