It saddens me to think that the dept. in which I started my law enforcement career has forgotten a Fallen brother. Thanks Ptl. Cagle for your service to our City.

I remember James as being a citizen of Tracy City before he became a Patrolman for the Tracy City Police Department. James was excellent police officer and citizen. He was a caring man, that always made every effort to keep the teenagers from hanging out with the wrong crowd.

Your spirit still roams the streets of Tracy City.

You are sadly missed by your family and friends.
