On today, the 60th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice as a Law Enforcement Officer. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Ptl. Crawford, today marks the 58th anniversary of your demise. You tried to protect property that did not belong to those who tried to take it and it cost you your life. You are a true hero.
