Reflections for Dispatcher Oscar Brumfield
I am the first grandson of Oscar Brumfield. He loved his family. He loved his community. When he died, I could not accept it because he was my Superman. How could Superman die? I later became a police officer. My brother is an officer and my niece is an officer.
All of you are Superman and Wonder Woman to your families. Please be safe and always go home to them!
