Its been a tough 24 hours, you were one of the best. 25 years and you were still out there, hitting the street, making arrests, and showing the newer members of the department how it's done. You should've seen the response, it seemed like all 6,600 officers hit North Philly at once,and we haven't taken a break yet. We will find this guy. He will pay.
