Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Raul V. Gama
I ran into Captain Mabrey of our Traffic Division this morning and that was how I first learned of your death. He was on his way to conduct the investigation. My sympathy to your family, friends, and coworkers at LASO. Another example that no assignment in law enforcement is ever routine. I will be thinking of you tonight and in the years to come. One more angel. One more public servant gone to soon.

I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

Rest in peace my brother, we'll take it from here!
I send my deepest sympathy to the family of Deputy Raul Gama. Your hero will not be forgotten.
