Our Bother-In-Blue, Trooper Todd Michael Larkins, of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, was suddenly and violently taken from us; Struck & Killed by a Tractor-Trailer while conducting a traffic stop. Come swiftly to his aid, have mercy on him, and comfort his family, friends, and comrades by the power and protection of the Cross. I ask this through the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by His Authority, I pray. Amen.

I did not know Mike but I worked with his Dad on CSX railroad. Every time I see the sign reminding me to move over or if I see a vehicle on the side of the road I am reminded of the Larkins’ family. RIP Mike.
