Reflections for Police Officer Peter Alan Grignon
My heart goes out to the family of yet another fallen Hero. May you feel the love of others who are praying for you and the co-workers of your dear one. Most importantly, may you look back to see only one set of footprints in the sand as you go through this difficult time. The Lord will carry you through. Take it hour by hour, until you can take it a day at a time. Just know that there is truly an entire brotherhood waiting to take you under their wings. Your precious Peter is safe now, it's time to take care of yourself. God bless you.
Peter, you are in good company! My dad was there to welcome you at the Gate, and he's got so many stories to tell! Rest in peace.

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Officer Grignon and his family for his help and support with the Metro Police Department. From my experance with him at Grace Community Church, I could tell that he was an ongoing, and great man to be around and to have as a friend and family member. As he left us, we must not forget, but always remember, He is in our hearts Forever,as a Friend, Family Member, Officer, and a Hero. " All Gave Some, Officer Peter Grignon Gave All"

people ofen look back on the actions of the fallen and say wut could have been done different. True enough, we are not perfect. its just a shame that people have to be so cruel just because they dont want to go to jail. Being an officer myself, i try to live day to day and always use tactics learned in training, but sometimes, you have to go beyond that and take risks that "normal" people would call crazy. But thats our job brother. My love goes out to your family. Rest in peae my brother. friends family and officers can contact me.

I did not have the pleasure to know Officer Grignon. But, his reputation has shown he was a quality man who had a passion to be a great Police Officer. While Officer Grignon's life on this earth has ended, he will live on in the hearts of everyone he touched. God Bless to his family and LPD.
