I worked w/ Darryl for many years in Hwy 1 of the N.Y.P.D., prior to his transfer to intel where he became one of the Mayor's drivers. Darryl was always on the top of his game and always willing to help out and go the extra mile. He was a hard and diligent worker, whose work did not go unnoticed as was proven by his transfer from one elite unit to one of the most elite units in the Dept. F.H.P. was quite lucky when they appointed a P.O. of Darryl's caliber. I know he was a shining star for the F.H.P. My biggest regret was that I procrastinated ingetting in touch w/ him after I too moved down to Fl., and now I will only get to see him one last time. God speed Darryl to you, and your family. You will truely be missed. Another HERO to be added to the wall.
