My heart goes out to the men and women of the King County Sheriff's Office, my neighboring agency, due to the tragic murder of Rich Herzog. I knew Rich, and worked many events at the Kingdome and Safeco Field with him. He will be missed by the close crew who provides police work/security for the Seattle Mariners. Rich was a warrior, serving his country in the U.S. Army, and for the past seven years as a Deputy. I know I will miss his insight. May he rest in Peace! John 16:33
