To the family, friends, and co-workers of Officer Robert Taylor my thoughts and prayers are with you. Officer Taylor you are in fact a true Hero! You laid down your life so that another may survive. We will never forget your dedication and bravery.
To the co-workers I know this is going to be especially hard for you in the coming weeks and months not hearing his voice on the radio or seeing him pull into the station. It does get easier with time. I know this from experience having lost a dear friend and co-worker only six months ago when she was working a traffic accident. I thought I would never be able to dispatch again not being able to hear her voice any longer, but it does get easier with time and know that Officer Taylor is watching over you just as I know Officer Candace Ripp is watching over me. Cherish his memory and let him live on in your hearts.

What a shock this morning when I checked this page and saw another Montana law enforcement officer had died to protect the Big Sky country. Thank you for your service to our great state and rest in peace.
