To Freddie: It's been to long my friend since I last saw your smiling face or heard the sound of laughter fill a room do to your gift for making others laugh. It was an honor for me to serve under your leadership during your short but memorable service with the 063 Pct.in Brooklyn South. You were always more than Lieutenant Narvaez, you were then and will always be my friend. God has recruited you for his department and heaven is a safer place. I will always remember you.
