Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

I was with Corporal Julius Schulte Just minutes before he answered the Domestic call that lead to his assault. We talked about his upcoming retirement and his future plans. I was also one of the first Officers to arrive on the scene after the incident. To this day, I am still deeply effected by this tragic and senseless murder of a special person and a honored professional. It was a priviledge to be an Honor Guard at his funeral.
