David Richard Delaney

Border Patrol Agent David Delaney died after suffering a medical emergency while on foot patrol in Brewster County, Texas.

He was in the process of hiking to a location near Big Bend National Park to setup a camera when he suffered the medical emergency.

Agent Delaney was a veteran of both the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps. He had served with the United States Border Patrol for 10 years and was assigned to the Big Bend Sector. He is survived by his wife, son, and two daughters.

Reading all these reflection made my heart warmth. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. He did sure touch many hearts. September 5th is his birthday. Happy Heavenly Birthday Husband. I wish I saw this post earlier so many questions about him sorry he didn’t have social media account to his friends and everyone thank you for remembering my husband. When he left the kids were only ages 2,3,4 but now they are young adults ages 15,16 17. We miss you dearly our dear David Delaney our very own Hero♥️
