To Whom It May Concern;

I respectfully ask that you DENY PAROLE to Arthur Adinolfi, inmate 96A4871. This inmate is responsible for the death of Sergeant Timothy J. Henck of the Suffolk County Police Department in 1995.

Sergeant Henck was supervising the pursuit of a burglary suspect on July 31, 1995, as it sped westbound on the Long Island Expressway toward Huntington. Sergeant Henck, considering the safety of other officers and motorists, attempted to stop the van in which the subject was fleeing. The subject rammed Sgt. Henck's vehicle numerous times, pushing it into an embankment on the Expressway near exit 52. Sergeant Henck was pinned in his patrol vehicle. When he was removed from the vehicle, officers performed CPR, and he was then airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he died of his injuries a week later.

Sergeant Tim Henck was a dedicated nine-year veteran officer who was highly respected. He was a devoted father, son, spouse, and friend. His daughter was only six weeks old when he was murdered.

On July 31, 1995, inmate 96A4871 had robbed three stores. He was on probation at the time for a previous robbery spree. When he fled from police, he was traveling at speeds of over 100 mph, placing innocent New Yorkers at risk. 
 
As a concerned citizen and in the interest of public safety, I again respectfully ask that you DENY PAROLE to inmate #96A4871. Parole is a privilege and not a right. Justice demands that he be made to spend every remaining day of his FULL SENTENCE in prison.
