K9 Clif was struck and killed by a vehicle after completing a search for a burglary suspect.
Clif and his handler were standing in the front yard of a home when an elderly woman swerved to avoid striking a uniformed officer in the road. Her car drove up onto the lawn and struck Clif, causing fatal injuries.
