Some have grand plans and dream big. Yet, they don't accomplish. As a young man, Officer Cook, you aspired and dreamed to become a policeman. A difficult and perilous job and yet through God's eyes and ears He heard you and because of unwavering heroism, honor and integrity He allowed you the opportunity to protect the citizens of Dade County for six years of sweat and toil through the trials of turmoil, torment and terror. May 16,1979 stands out as that awfully tragic day when your soul of respect and intuition was called home. It was to serve a more vital role in the heavens above where no more harm would pass your direction.
