St. Patrick's II where you rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero, Officer Cook, is forever where your soul, spirit and heart reside. Integrity and ingenuity are the batteries which crank up the levels of one man's heroic dignity, honesty and humility. A gentleman who lived a staunch, stellar and sterling performing that exact way to lessen the choke holds of callousness here in Dade County. Such a deserving young man who acted nobly, wisely and with virtue so proficient. We saluted your discipline, devotion and decency which elevated our liberties and safe travels. God's skies for the past forty-two and a half years have one talented and proven angel of bravery who laid down his life for peace, stability and everything we need to march onward.

Honor, dignity and integrity must climb those humble rungs daily in order for justice,law and order to be truthfully carried out. If trust is lacking your whole equation may be out of kilter. We and your family all know you were loving, caring and determined to pursue peace rather than have atrocity and adversity strike the very branches of Dade County where its folks trusted your ingenuity,intelligence and intuitive nature, Officer Cook. You were born a hero, lived and grew up as a humble warrior and gave your special heart,soul and spirit to see mankind nourished through your generosity and virtue. I've said it many times, Officer Cook, that I'm sorry our families never knew each other. Such a great man, humble, heroic and honest. Not only your smile, your serious demeanor, your acumen and versatility being able to adapt to change never complaining, never any doubts of what kind of gentle giant you were consummate, caring and devoted to your wife, family and profession. Giving your life for Dade County, the citizens and your comrades states everything in black and white regarding your value, scruples and command of situations as they vary. But, remember it's dignity, integrity and respect that fortify tenacity and one'a attitude. You were positive person who was calm and had a voice of reason they were your earthly missions of goodwill, resourcefulness and the faith as a devout man of the Lord. To enrich, to enlighten, to enhance and to uphold, first you must be stable in doing your job and only then will there be that so called trickle down affect. Dignity, integrity, honesty embellish themselves when humbleness, heart and commitment come to the top. They all did for you, Officer Cook and in just twenty-five years of life, six of them spent protecting Dade County you acquitted yourself superbly. A hero whose angel wings are now fitted just for new eternal position. The streets and gates are safe from the very harm, evil and heinousness you faced tirelessly, unselfishly and most responsibly.
