Another year has passed and remembering getting called back to interviewing Citizens in the area of the shooting and finding out that it was you who had been shot. It was hard spending every day with your Family because I could see the pain in their faces. They were so nice to me, and the team. We wish we could have made it better for them during the long Trial. God Bless you and I know you're watching from above.

Isaac. Miss you everyday my friend. As I continue on with this career I often think what and where you would be if you stayed with us. Your old partner is now a Captain. You would probably be one too. I see quotes every once in a while that often remind me of you. One in particular as I am showing signs of ageing : “Do not regret growing older, it is a privilege denied to many.” As I look at my wrinkles and grey hair. You never made it to your 30th birthday. Thank you for being such a good friend!

I never knew you Isaac, but from the love that every single person who knew you and worked with you in the police force of San Francisco I am sorry I never met you in person. It is with an abiding sense of loss that I read these accounts of who you are to everyone who knew you and worked with you and went to school with you. I am so sorry your light is gone for now, Isaac. I pray for you and all your family, especially your wife and daughter you left behind. Anybody who aspires to the highest elected office in this country had better have a clearer sense of right and wrong than Ms. Harris displayed as the District Attorney who prosecuted the gang member who killed you. I cannot possibly consider Ms. Harris seriously as she runs her campaign for president. It is obvious she lacks understanding of the nature of the evil in parts of the world that threaten our country, our freedom, and the very lives of those we love as the 9/11 attacks made clear to us all. This is the same evil that you, the police, and our military men and woman fight every single day. It is the same evil you risked your own life to fight against and defeat that night you were taken from us. Thank you for the example your life gives to us all Isaac- To persevere in our own lives for what is right, and try to help others like you did. I hope I can meet you in heaven when I die. For now, God bless you, Isaac Anthony Espinoza. "Zac". You are an awesome man.

Thank you ,Renata and Gary ,for courageously sharing the story of Isaac with the entire country, and for letting everyone know how Kamala Harris treated Isaac's loved ones during those dark days 15 years ago. It's important that this follow her the rest of her career so that people can judge for themselves.
Love you, Carol. It was an honor working with you in the DHS. I still think of you and pray for you and your family ,and for the repose of the soul of Isaac. I hope you are doing well. And, I hope every Easter season reminds you not just of Isaac's tragic and untimely passing, but, most of all, of the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, with whom Isaac resides today.
