Everyday, Rick stepped above and beyond his call of duty. His first love of his life above all things was God, then his family and then others and finally himself. I remember when I was a kid in bible school, we learned the phrase "JOY"...Jesus...others...you and that is exactly what Rick did on daily basis.

He loved the spend time with his family, helping coach is son's little league team and spend time fishing with him. He also enjoyed umpiring as he had a passion for children.

He loved his wife with all his heart and worked with her every single day to get through the ups and downs of their daily routine. He was also very actively involved at Calvary Baptist Church where he was also a Sunday School teacher.

Rick was one of the closest people I have ever known with God and now he is sitting right beside him at his throne.

The City of Ozark, Arkansas lose a tremendous friend, the State of Arkansas lost a wonderful trooper and the earth lose a real great man.

May God bless Kathy, Charles, Caleb and Nadine and remember God does things for a reason and now Rick's time had come to help God first hand.
