"The one who got away" [neither of her names shall now be mentioned here] has now belatedly received her ultimate justice.

Not a reason for celebration, but perhaps Trooper Foerster's friends, family, and colleagues can now talk more about how he lived and less about how he died.

Trooper Werner Foerster, I pray that you are resting in peace alongside Officer Daniel Faulkner (Philadelphia P.D.), Constable Lee Koon Sang (Hong Kong P.F.), Officer Kazuo Shiratori (Sapporo City P.D.), and countless other heroes murdered by communist terrorists.

Your murderer may have succeeded in escaping to a communist terrorist state, but she could never escape the ultimate judgment the same way. Time may have delayed justice, but it could never deny it — and today, at long last, justice has come full circle.

Evil may take our lives, but it can never conquer spirits and souls. Today, in your honor and memory, I renew my vow to stand against communism and all forms of political terror until my final breath.

Trooper Foerster is my at the time my best friend. I knew him as Uncle Werner. He was my mom’s sisters husband.
We had so many things in common and I will forever miss the good times that we’ll never have together.
I often wonder how my life would’ve turned out if he didn’t have that
event happen to him.
I was 16 when he was taken.

Joanne chesimard’s escape sealed her guilt. The murder of Trooper Werner Foerster was a disgrace. Trooper Foerster had a dream and he was living that dream for himself and his family. To make a better life for those he loved and cared about. Rest in peace Trooper Foerster and good bless your family.

Terrible news today Uncle Werner, one of the killers that took you from us is being released on parole! The court ruled there was not “substantial credible evidence” to support the parole board’s findings that his release presented a danger to the public. I guess a person that is willing to kill a New Jersey State Trooper out of pure hatred doesn't present a danger to the public? I miss you and continue to think of you often.

Trooper Foerster, you will never be forgotten. You are the embodiment of why the New Jersey State Police (NJSP) has the highest regard as a law enforcement agency. I grew up in New Jersey and am proud of the NJSP. May God bless all in the NJSP, all in Law Enforcement and all in military service to our country.

So sorry for this lost. I will pray to God to give relief for your relatives. I am a police officer too, back in Brazil and I am aware of what menaces lawmen have been yield to. Every day is a battle out there in the streets and most times even the public opinion is against us. May the justice been made to pull in the person who´ve put in that crime. May all the law enforcement agents find out that felon.

dear Werner Foerster I am so sorry for your death and I hope you are doing well in heaven and I wish they would help get your killer but the Cuban government is refusing to extradite her it is as if you were unidentified I am so upset that we have failed to help you get justice and they are so stubborn and they just don’t care about you and they are only concerned about her

Wow!! It fills my heart with deep despair to know that funds from Colin Kaepernick have been sent to and used to support a group called "Assata’s Daughters." This is a Chicago based group that focuses on black female empowerment in the tradition of Asaata Shakur. As most of you know, Assata Shakur, is Joanne Chessimard, the lady who participated in the homicide of Trooper Foerster in 1973. Nike sure slapped many people in their face when they supported this unpatriotic, unfaithful, arrogant individual.

May Trooper Foerster continue to rest in eternal peace!!!
