A wonderful tribute to a courageous hero who gave his life in service to others. I was edified to see that his murderer was dealt swift and appropriate justice! Our City of Brotherly Love is preparing to say farewell to one of our own heroes who was killed in the line of duty this week. May God bless all of the upstanding fine police, fire, first responders, who risk everything each day so that others may be free and safe. They are true heroes!

"End of Watch: Saturday, March 6, 1915...
The suspect who killed him was executed on May 14, 1915."
If only justice for this type of crime was still as swift and rigid maybe we wouldn't have to bury so many LEO's every year.
